Our programming is designed to reach entrepreneurs with little experience, who may reject more traditional business development programs due to cultural and/or educational barriers, and whose future businesses may require capital to succeed and flourish.

We utilize a multi-faceted approach including:

• Training Courses utilizing a facilitated peer-learning model, which builds a practical understanding of business principles, practices and thought processes while also building self-confidence, problem solving skills and management abilities.
• Professional Assistance throughout the business planning and development process, which creates a climate that fosters personal achievement, professional growth, economic self-sufficiency.
• Microcredit Loans targeted to enhance the success of the emerging entrepreneur and to help establish, or re-establish, good credit while developing a business which contributes to local community growth and economic development.
