RABEC (Rural & Agricultural Business Enterprise Center of Central New York) is a collaborative venture between Appleseed Trust and Cornell Cooperative Extension of Onondaga County. This center provides business skills training, mentoring, and technical assistance to farmers, and other rural businesses located in Onondaga and surrounding counties. Comprehensive training includes resource and market analysis, business planning strategies and templates, enterprise budgeting techniques, and computer and Internet applications.

We provide rural and agricultural entrepreneurs a foundation to establish profitable enterprises. A unique combination of linking Land Grant University and business community resources enables us to deliver business planning programs that strengthen the rural economy.
