Loans for exterior home improvement of up to $10,000 for a term of up to 7 years at a 3% interest rate – 3.572% APR (Annual Percentage Rate). This loan is available to owner-occupants and investor-owners. Anyone can apply regardless of income level. Must be current on property taxes and water bills and must have homeowners insurance. Lead Safe Work Practices apply.

This is a revolving loan fund which means that these funds will stay in this neighborhood in perpetuity. The availability of these funds is dependent upon current use and payback.

The goal of the Eastwood 5-Star Rental Program is to strengthen the residential rental property market in the Eastwood neighborhood. Landlords gain the benefits of professional tenant selection options, technical assistance with their property management skills and marketing and public relations. With access to low-interest home improvement financing for qualified applicants, landlords can make updates and repairs to increase the marketability of their properties to prospective tenants.
