Welcome Gary Bonaparte
Home HeadQuarters welcomes Gary Bonaparte as a member of our property maintenance team. As a life-long Near Westside resident, not-for-profit volunteer and Native American artist, Gary brings special insight and skill into his work for us. Gary will be managing and maintaining our properties, most on the city’s Near Westside, assisting tenants and helping our construction staff.
Calvert Foundation Joins Home HeadQuarters' FlexFund
Calvert Foundation, a nonprofit organization that provides affordable loans to nonprofits, microfinance institutions, Fair Trade coffee corporations and social enterprises, recently provided capital for Home HeadQuarters’ FlexFund Home Improvement Loan Program. The program provides low-interest home improvement financing to Central New York families who are unable to borrow from traditional lenders due to a lack of equity in their homes. Most Home HeadQuarters’ FlexFund customers have an average of less than 7% equity in their homes making them ineligible for prime-rate home equity products from lending institutions.
