... for the City of Syracuse’s Property Tax Exemption Program where all new construction, rehabbed properties and LEED-certified properties can receive substantial tax breaks. |

... that Congressman Maffei worked to get another round of the Syracuse Neighborhood Initiative into the city to provide funding for crucial housing projects.
... to each and every new homebuyer that had to work diligently on budgeting and saving before they purchased a new home, even when they really wanted to purchase immediately. |

... to all of our Representatives for bringing in extra CDFI and CDBG Stimulus dollars that will help fund much needed home improvements and demolitions of derelict buildings. |
 ... to all of our Access To Home partners: Enable, ARISE, PEACE, Inc., Onondaga County Department of Aging and Youth, and Loretto for helping deliver a great program to our frail elders and those with disabilities in our community.
