Landlord Training Seminar Offered

Syracuse, NY -- Home HeadQuarters is offering a Landlord Training Workshop on Thursday, December 11, 2003, 9am-4pm, at the Curtin Auditorium in the Onondaga County Public Library at the Galleries.

The workshop is open to all Syracuse landlords and potential investors and includes information on Fair Housing Laws, rental agreements and leases, Section 8, crime prevention through environmental design, management strategies and available funding for lead-based paint abatement and rehabilitation of rental units in the City of Syracuse. The workshops are informal and interactive and an extensive training manual is provided at the session.
