Home HeadQuarters, Inc. is offering a Landlord Training Workshop on Wednesday, January 25, 2006, 9am-4pm
at Home HeadQuarters. The Landlord Training Workshop is open to all landlords and potential investors and
includes information on Fair Housing Laws, rental agreements and leases, Section 8, crime prevention,
management strategies and available funding for lead-based paint abatement and rehabilitation of rental
units in the City of Syracuse. The workshops are informal and interactive and an extensive training
manual is provided at the session. Pre-registration is required and there is a $25 fee to attend. To
