REQUEST FOR BIDS

DUE DATE: January 16, 2026

Home HeadQuarters, Inc. is soliciting General Contractor bids for new
residential single-family home construction for five (5) city of Syracuse
parcels: 754 Alvord St., 214-16 Hunt Ave., 234 Hunt Ave., 107 Elmhurst
Ave., 109 May Ave. Contractors are asked to bid projects individually.
Bids are due by 4:00pm on Friday, January 16, 2026. Bid packets can be
emailed to interested contractors or picked up at our office. Returned
bids will only be accepted in a sealed envelope delivered to our office at
625 Erie Blvd. W., Ste. 100, Syracuse, NY 13204 by the bid date.
Emailed/faxed bids are not accepted. MWBE goals apply. Please contact
