Join staff from the Greater Syracuse Land Bank on Tuesday, June 27 2017 at 6pm to learn how to find and apply to purchase Land Bank properties and meet their Sales Specialist, Chamar Otis. Chamar will explain how to purchase a property through the Land Bank, and he and other staff will be available to answer questions about the process. Come hear from Land Bank staff about great properties to owner-occupy or to invest in as rentals.

Staff from Home HeadQuarters will also be there to explain purchase and renovation financing options available through HHQ.

The workshop will be held in the 3rd Floor Conference Room of the CNY Philanthropy Center on 431 East Fayette Street, Syracuse, NY 13202. All are welcome to join!
