Erin Perski Named Home HeadQuarters Executive Director

Home HeadQuarters recently announced Erin Perski as the housing and community development nonprofit's Executive Director. In this newly created role, Erin will oversee the day-to-day business operations of the 30-year-old organization including community development lending, real estate development and HUD-certified home buyer education and counseling. Under the organization's new leadership structure, Kerry Quaglia will continue to serve as CEO focusing on long-term strategies, key partnerships, strategic initiatives and long-term organizational growth.

"We introduced the executive director position in response to our organizational growth and the current housing market conditions in Central New York," said Kerry. "We know Erin brings to this new role, a passion for equitable lending, creative problem solving and a commitment to getting our customers across the finish line."

Erin has more than 13 years of mortgage and consumer lending and management experience along with five years at Home HeadQuarters as the Chief Lending Officer overseeing more than $25 million in community development lending programs.
