SYRACUSE, N.Y. — It's something Syracuse desperately needs, and it's slowly starting to happen.
The city is in a housing crisis, and to help the need for affordable housing, Syracuse Mayor Ben Walsh along with Home HeadQuarters broke ground on six new affordable homes on the city's southside.
