HHQ Hosts Sneak Peek Event for New Houses in Tipp Hill

Home HeadQuarters hosted a sneak peek event in Tipp Hill on Tuesday, October 28, 2025. It showcased two of the four new homes being constructed on Bryant Avenue and South Wilbur Avenue. The homes being built are a part of the AHOP (Affordable Homeownership Opportunity Program) through New York State and the Syracuse RNI (Resurgent Neighborhood Initiative), and the homes are available to income-eligible, first-time homebuyers. Home HeadQuarters Founder and CEO Kerry Quaglia, Mayor of Syracuse Ben Walsh, Syracuse Deputy Mayor and Syracuse Mayor Elect Sharon Owens, Syracuse Common Councilor Pat Hogan, NYS HCR Assistant Commissioner Leonard Skrill, and the President of the Tipp Hill Neighborhood Association, Janice McKenna, all offered comments at the event. Afterwards, attendees were welcome to tour the houses and check out the new construction.
