Theresa Durham Receives the Keys to her New Home HeadQuarters Home from Governor Hochul

Theresa Durham is a new homeowner of a Home HeadQuarters build. She recently purchased the home, and Governor Kathy Hochul came out to Syracuse to give the keys to the first-time homebuyer.
